How to Make the Best Hispanic Super Bowl Snacks
This one is for all 🌽 CORN (elote) lovers!
Prep time: 5 min
Total time: 20 min
Yields: 8 servings
8 Corn on the cob
Pinch of Salt
Parkay Butter (or regular butter)
4oz Parmesan Cheese
SolDias Chile de Elote (hot sauce made for this dish - delicious mix of lime and spices)
Fill a medium pot halfway up with water. Bring to a boil.
Once it boils, add in corn
Turn heat level down to medium
After 12 minutes, pull out the corn with tongs
Coat corn with mayo using a food brush
Then sprinkle on cheese, and squeeze on butter, and SolDias sauce (careful as it is very spicy)
Salt to taste. Enjoy!
