Since emigrating from Mexico to the United States as a toddler, Victor Garcia has longed for reminders of his hometown of Jalisco - specifically, reminders of the food. After becoming the first in his family to graduate from college, he and his wife Stacey founded Sol Dias: a Mexican-American eatery serving up a variety of treats, including mangonadas, paletas and ice cream. Since opening their doors in 2016, the couple has served 135,000 customers.
